Batch name: The name of the batch should be entered here. This is mainly useful to acknowledge the batch.

How many vouchers: Enter here the number of vouchers the batch should generate.

Vouchers valid till: This is the date and time until which the vouchers from the batch are valid.

Payment type: The default payment type for vouchers is invoice after redemption. This means that the partner will only be invoiced for the vouchers that are redeemed.

Voucher type: From here you can choose if you want to print 1 single code on a voucher or if your voucher will hold more than 1 product code. If you want to print more than 1 product code on a single voucher you need to select the combi voucher type. Furthermore, you can select if the code type will be a barcode or a QR code.

Print/allocate per block: This feature can be used if you want to print the vouchers offline in batches. If you use this feature the generated barcodes will also have a batch number that can be used to identify to what batch the barcode belongs. The main reason why our clients are using it is to hand out a printed batch with codes to their partners. After handing them out the partner can be linked to the batch.

Number of vouchers per block: If the above feature is used you can key in how many voucher codes need to be linked with 1 batch number. For e.g. do you want to print 50 voucher codes per block or 100 voucher codes per block

Partner name: Batches are always linked with a Partner. From this dropdown, you have to select to partner to whom the codes need to be linked.

Ticket listing: Here you need to select the ticket, for which you are creating vouchers. Then select the product type(s) to which the vouchers apply and click 'add product'.
