In this section, it is also possible to make changes to the booking. To make changes, simply click on the booking itself. After this there will be a taskbar at the bottom of the screen that lists the 5 possible changes that you can do.

Pay (if unpaid): If you need to pay for the unpaid booking use this option and just click on “pay”.

Cancel: If you need to cancel a booking use this option and just click on “cancel”.

Amend timeslot: If you need to amend the timeslot of the booking use this option. First, click on “amend timeslot and then choose the new date and time and click on “save” to save your changes.

Amend quantity: If you want to amend the number of tickets use this option. First click on “amend quantity” and select the desired ticket type. Then click on “amend” to save your changes.

* If you amend the quantity of a booking the status of the booking will change to “partially paid”. In this case, the cashier must proceed with the payment with the visitor.

Redeem (if paid): If you want to redeem part of the booking or the whole booking use this option and just click on “redeem”.
