The following requirements have to be filled in correctly to get the most out of the media & files module.

Title: fill in the title of the media/file.
Apply per:
- Target group: a target group is a group of channels. You can create a target group by clicking 'create new target group'. Next, you must fill in the details and check the channels you want to add to the target group.
- Channels: you can select multiple channels to publish the media & files to. Currently, only the SPOS can display the files uploaded here. There is not yet an implementation on MPOS, WPOS or any other point of sale.

Visible for: this will affect for which user roles the media & files will show.
Category: defines in which category the media & files are placed.
Tags: here you can select the tags for the document.
Note: you can add a note to the uploaded media/file for internal communication purposes.
The file can only be a: pdf, jpeg, png, jpg, xlsx, docx, csv and the size is a maximum of 5 MB.
Publication date and time: you can select the publication date if you would like to publish the file at a later date.
